The fee is charged on every service line in a booking and stacks across services and across vehicles — not once per booking.

Fees are earned at deposit and are non-refundable regardless of cancellation, refund, or job outcome. Every new booking a customer makes triggers a new fee.

Add one row per package you offer. Price on the left, number of stars on the right — e.g. £325 → 350 stars, £445 → 550 stars. Only add the star counts you actually do, and add as many rows as you like.

Anything you sell on top. Tints, dashcams, reverse cams, custom number plates, tweeters, grills — whatever you cross-sell. Put detail in the name (e.g. "4K dashcam — front + rear, hardwired") so we can pitch it properly.
